Countless ‘end of summer’ and ‘fall’ playlists are abound these days. While these playlists romanticize the change of season, I find myself in a verisimilitude state of mind. As the seasons change, we are witness to the cyclical and rhythmic mechanics of a timeless process, stretching far before us and into the furthest imaginable future. Sonoio’s release, Suck Up Everything, accurately personifies this type of mechanical and forward driving process that is difficult to express lexicographically. Sonoio, the brain child of Alessandro Cortini (NiN member ‘04-‘08), releases its first full length September 14, 2010.
